Concept 2 Reality are a project management company who specialise in live media events worldwide.

Because C2R charge a flat fee for managing the project, and actually work alongside their clients, the Industry standard of marking up all costs by 20 – 40% does not apply.

Our clients trust us to manage the day to day running of the project whilst we organise the best trade for the required works. We then issue our clients with a schedule, explaining who will be carrying out each item of works and then oversee the whole project from concept to completion. If our clients would rather pay the contractors direct, then this suits us completely as we do not mark up any of the contractor costs at all

Should our clients be planning events abroad, C2R have the experience and contacts worldwide to ensure that wherever the location, the most professional and cost effective service is assured at all times. Our relationships with contractors overseas can literally save thousands of pounds in transport and shipping costs alone
